Cancellation Policy

To reserve your date, a $100 deposit will be charged and 24 hours prior to your event, your payment is due in full. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded. To cancel a booking, your deposit is 100% refundable up to 1 week before your event. 50% of your deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event. On the day of your event, the deposit is non-refundable. By booking with RES Rentals of AZ LLC (DBA: Just Balloons) you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement.
